I was born in Kent on a fruit farm in 1929, and during the war my parents sent my brother and me to boarding schools to get us away from the bombing, first to Somerset and then to Northamptonshire.
I spent a year in Canada after leaving school before joining my father on the farm. Having missed National Service on account of my occupation, I joined the Territorial Army. This life was so far removed from farming that the two week annual camp was almost as good as a holiday.
I played rugby on Saturdays during the winter until I broke my leg in a skiing accident, then took up golf, which I still play with great enthusiasm and little skill.
My father died in 1956, and I ran the farm until I sold it in 1989. I did voluntary work for the Citizens Advice Bureau during my retirement until we moved to Bangkok.

He was working as head of the Institution at Government Residential School, Nainital, India with capacity of 175 pupils and staff of 30 members, when he emigrated to the United Kingdom in the late sixties.
He had various teaching assignments in Science and English (as a second language for foreign pupils) in the State Secondary Schools all over London which were spread over a long period of twenty-odd years.
Currently, he is enjoying a peaceful, retired life in his London home along with his three daughters and grandchildren, who live in West and South London, and Essex.
Krishna is a talented, versatile and prolific writer. His collection of brilliant short stories entitled ‘Pomegranate Flowers’ was published nearly two years ago. His other collection of short stories called ‘The Golden Locket’ is currently being published and will be out soon.
‘My Life’s Journey’ will make an overpowering, revealing and sensational reading!
Apart from the literacy aspect, another significant achievement of the author is the construction of a magnificent and impressive temple in his motherland India in fond memory of his dear wife, Sarla, who was his life partner for more than half a century. The statues of all Hindu Gods and Goddesses have been installed in this supremely beautiful temple. People from far off places come to visit and pay homage to this holy shrine.

Patti Silver grew up and lived in Cheshire for many years where she married and raised four children. She worked in the family heating business until deciding to pursue her interest in holistic therapies, ultimately qualifying as a reflexologist.
Patti uprooted and moved to Cornwall and it was there, living by the sea, that she was inspired to write A Mermaid’s Tale. Drawing upon her own experiences of the world of spirit, the story evolved and manifested its own creation.
It is through meditation that Patti has come to know her spirit guides, and she is able to recall vivid memories of her own past lives. Although this may be a work of fiction, depicting creatures of fantasy, Patti knows that their tale is by no means pure imagination, but a portrayal of the truth of our own existence.

Stephen Sims was born in 1960 in the bustling Wiltshire town of Swindon. Although he has no formal writing experience, he has always had an interest in writing. He started writing at the relatively late age of forty and, up until going to print, has yet to enjoy any success in the handful of competitions he has entered; though he has always been convinced that success was only just around the corner. "The House" is his first novel and took more than year to complete, as other story ideas interrupted the novel when it was barely half-written. The author, Judith Cranswick, who was his tutor at the University of Bath in Swindon, was his main inspiration, though he has read such authors as Stephen King, Dean Koontz, James Herbert and Shaun Hutson. He hopes that "The House" will show as wide an audience as possible that his intentions are to thrill as well as bring ordinary family interplay into the novel.

She has lectured on Lilith, Eve & the Serpent in the Garden of Eden to Jungian groups on a few occasions and has also been on radio to a receptive audience.
This is her first book. She lives in Johannesburg, South Africa, is married and has two adult sons.

I began writing Nina’s Odyssey when my three sons were teenagers and my life involved running a home, working part time and attempting to allow myself some time to do something just for me. Nina’s journey encompassed many things that I had pondered on. I have always been interested by people who aim for perfection in any discipline. I chose to set the start of Nina’s story in a ballet school in St Petersburg because I have always been fascinated that an art so beautifully serene could result from such hard physical training. Set in the early 1900s I gave Nina raw talent and an opportunity. I enjoyed researching this period in Russian history. Research was required for the Jewish customs that my main character encounters in Paris living within a Jewish family. The spiritual questioning comes from my own experience, as do the emotions of migrating to another country.

Tara Shilling is a self-confessed, Square-Peg-In-A-Round-Hole style Drama Queen, with a glittering decadency of Drama Queen genes. If there were such a thing as a Drama Queen gene hers would be the biggest, brightest, sparkliest, shiniest and most covered in tinsel of all the genes. She is from the gorgeous and just a little bit scatty school of thought

Zoë Stead is an honours graduate in English Literature from Lancaster University. She has been an avid writer since the age of twelve and enjoys experimenting with anything from screenplays to poetry. The Amulet of Vichalace is her first published novel, but she has already started work on the following books in this current series.
A passion for art has lead Zoë to create her own illustrated stories, comics and prints which she sells at conventions to help pay for art materials and even more graphic novels to add to her already substantial collection. She is a great fan of Japanese animation, including manga, and finds it has been a great influence on her own art work.
Also, as a member of the ACWS – an American Civil War historical re-enactment society - Zoë can sometimes be found running round a muddy field, dressed as a man, shooting people – but only at weekends. She currently lives in Sheffield and is engaged to Matt, a trainee law teacher she met while trying to run him through with a sabre at their local university fencing club.
Zoë's ambition is to be a full-time writer and illustrator and to own her own art studio. She doesn't mind where, so long as she's allowed to make as much mess as she wants.
