Our registration forms require authors to give us some form of contact information (eg name and email address). We use the information you have provided on the registration form to send you updates about Olympia’s latest publishing activity, eg poetry and short story anthologies, press releases of new books about to be published, stop press items as well as material which authors provide that they are willing to share.

WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, EXCHANGE OR OTHERWISE MAKE AVAILABLE ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION.
